In this workshop series, Aviva will guide you in reflecting upon some of your key memories, influences and perspectives. It will be a comfortable forum, where you’ll have ample opportunity to participate in small group conversations with others, which oftentimes provide new ways of thinking about your own life and what you cherish. It’s beautiful to do this with friends and to make new connections.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During each of the four 75-minute Zoom sessions, you will be guided on an exploration of different aspects of your life and be given time to reflect on a series of questions. In a comfortable forum, there will be ample opportunity to participate in conversations with others which can often provide new ways of thinking about your own life and what you cherish.  Some of you may want to preserve your stories in way that can be shared with family and friends. Three will be optional ‘homework’ (ie. questions to respond to) and instructions for constructing a personal narrative. You’ll leave the fourth workshop session having reflected on key memories and people in your life and lessons learned and maybe even a deeper understanding as to what is most important to you in this stage of your life.

“The workshop gave me space to reflect honestly. You always offered two-tiered questions that elicited a deep, emotional connection.” — Rebecca
