These extraordinary times are affecting each of us in drastic ways. Now is a perfect time to intentionally reflect upon the challenges, uncertainties and yes, positive aspects of life during Covid. It’s an opportunity to validate and contain the many emotions and narratives we’re telling ourselves. We will regain normalcy. Before we do, take this opportunity to artfully memorialize your experience as it’s unfolding.
